I do not work fixed to a role but oriented towards responsibility. Depending on the initiative, the focus is on program management, business analysis, product ownership, migration, testing or rollout.
What matters is end-to-end responsibility: understanding business objectives, making delivery controllable, surfacing risks and preparing the rollout so that operations can take over.
